Congratulations on making it to the second stage of our recruiting process!
You are being interviewed to determine if you are qualified for a Property Manager* position with one of our clients. The company name is intentionally being kept confidential at this stage of the process.
We value human connection and want to see your authentic personality shine through in this interview. There are no wrong answers—we’re focused on making sure this role is a good fit for you, because we want you to be happy and successful in the position.

We are inviting you to answer 10 questions. Please note the following:

Feel free to share as much as you’d like in your responses. The more details that you provide in your answers, the better we will be able to assess your responses.
You will not be able to change your answers or redo the interview. Plagiarism or reproducing information without citing your sources will be grounds for disqualification.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
The most qualified candidates will receive requests for follow up interviews, including an in-person interview. If you are considered a strong fit, you will receive a job application. If your job application is approved, then you will undergo a background check. If you pass your background check, then you will receive an offer for at-will employment. Accepting the job will require that you sign a contract and employee handbook.
If I’m offered the position, when would I start?
As soon as possible. Exact timing will be coordinated based on your availability and the client’s needs.
What happens if I don’t pass this stage?
